Tree Stand Simulator
Music and sound effects created for our horror hunting game.
I created the music and sound effects for Tree Stand Simulator, a horror hunting game being developed by Lunar Sails. The work focuses on making the player’s time in the woods feel physical and reactive, from gunshots and layered footsteps to environmental transitions, deer calls, and the creature’s vocalizations.
The audio was built as interactive systems in Wwise rather than as a collection of fixed clips. Layered sounds respond to the player’s surface, surroundings, and weather, while spatialized and procedurally varied monster sounds keep the creature’s presence unpredictable. The examples below are mixdowns and gameplay recordings that show how those systems sound in practice.

Monster Vocalizations
I built the creature’s vocalizations as dynamic sound systems in Wwise rather than relying on a single recording for each action. Every monster sound is properly spatialized, placing it at the creature’s location in the game world and applying proper effects such as reverb and diffusion. The examples here are prerecorded mixdowns of possible vocalization variations.

Player Sounds
I selected some of what I believe are the most interesting sounds tied to the game's player controller. These examples were recorded during gameplay rather than exported as isolated mixdowns, which better demonstrates the grounded character of the audio as the systems work together in Wwise.
